You will support branch operations, manage records, and assist with supplies under the supervision of the Branch Manager.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least one year of clerical experience, with proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of clerical/office responsibilities preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clerical and administrative tasks in home health and private duty operations.
• Handle incoming calls and manage paper flow.
• Maintain patients’ records and process release requests.
• Procure and stock medical and office supplies and equipment.
