Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of clerical/office responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and manage paper flow.
• Maintain patients’ records and processing requests for release of records.
• Procure and stock/distribute medical and office supplies.
• Maintain lab requests for billing purposes and distribute interoffice forms.
