BrightSpring Health Services, through its Adoration Health division, seeks a Home Health Support Assistant in Baltimore to provide essential one-on-one care in the home setting and support administrative and patient care processes. The role emphasizes clerical duties, patient records, scheduling, and care coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of clerical/office responsibilities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology, a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with clerical and administrative support for home health operations.
• Respond to incoming calls and manage paper flow.
• Maintain patients' records and process release requests.
• Procure and stock medical and office supplies and equipment.
• Register patients into and maintain the tele-monitor program (if applicable).
• Perform other duties as directed by Branch Manager/Administrator
