Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Support Assistant to join our team and provide essential in-home care. You will handle clerical tasks, patient records, and tele-monitor registration while supporting clinicians and branch operations.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of clerical experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of clerical/office responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and manage paper flow.
• Maintain patients’ records and process requests for release of records.
• Procure and stock medical and office supplies and equipment.
• Register patients into tele-monitor programs and support branch operations.
