Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a Home Health setting.
• Strong clinical skills in areas such as critical care, wound care, cardiac catheterization, IV insertion, spinal tap, ophthalmology, suture techniques.
• Proficient in electronic health record systems; experience with Alora is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care.
• Uphold Medicare standards within the agency.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in alignment with best practices.
• Monitor patient care activities, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Conduct regular assessments of patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare teams for effective treatment plans.
