PeaceHealth is seeking a Staffing Coordinator - Home Health for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $23.74 – $35.62.

The on-site role focuses on coordinating and scheduling patient visits for Home Health clinicians, maintaining balanced schedules, and ensuring timely, compliant care delivery. Strong communication and scheduling skills are essential for success in this busy setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health/Hospice experience or equivalent staffing and scheduling experience in healthcare.
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital staffing, scheduling, and/or time and attendance recording preferred.
• Customer service experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Previous secretarial experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule patient visits for Home Health clinicians.
• Maintain balanced clinician schedules to support productivity and timely care delivery.
• Adjust schedules throughout the day based on patient needs, clinician availability, urgent visits, and geography.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, intake coordinators, and leadership to ensure efficient care coordination.
• Monitor visit frequencies and scheduling to comply with physician orders and plans of care.
• Communicate scheduling updates clearly with clinicians, patients, and internal teams.
