Responsibilities include advising on community resources and guiding individuals through the process as needed. Current Maine LSW licensure and a valid driver's license are required for Home Care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Current Maine licensure as a LSW required; valid Driver's license required for Home Care.
