Beacon Home Health in Paris, TN is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to join our Home Health team. This role blends nursing knowledge with scheduling and care coordination to ensure timely, compassionate patient care and seamless start-of-care assignments.

Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, visits, and start-of-care schedules using an automated system, partnering with field clinicians and office teams, and maintaining accurate scheduling workflows while complying with regulatory

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a healthcare office setting (admissions, patient access, or intake).
• Ability to learn and use an EMR system; familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is a major plus.
• Basic knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and related terminology.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation.
• Excellent listening skills and professional empathy.
• Autonomy, organization, time management, and discretion.
