Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience as a Nurse Aide preferred.
• Bi-lingual experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly statistics and patient census.
• Greet office visitors, schedule appointments and direct calls per protocol.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and HHA/Homemaker education requirements.
• Answer department phones and direct messages to staff for timely customer service.
• File and maintain medical records and physician orders per department protocol.
• Coordinate overall patient and staff scheduling for the department; arrange vacations.
• Enter clockings into My-Time and submit mileage reports to Finance.
