Job summary

SeniorBridge is seeking a Full Time Clerical Coordinator in Fresno, CA to direct coordination of care under the supervision of the Executive Director. This role liaises with the nursing office, care providers, clients and staff to ensure timely scheduling and accurate case documentation.

You will perform general office duties, manage referrals, support staffing for sick and vacation leave, and help maintain daily reports and communications to keep patient care running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as a Coordinator preferred.
• Ability to utilize a PC, calculator, multi-line telephone and other office equipment.
• Demonstrates good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates organization, assertiveness, flexibility, cooperation in performing job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs coordination of care under supervision of the Executive Director.
• Confers with Executive Director on problems and complaints.
• Liaises between coordinating team and nursing office.
• Schedules client appointments/visits according to care plans and staff availability.
• Maintains staff and client statistics reports.
• Supervises scheduling of personnel and input of scheduling information.
