Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare Scheduler helps coordinate home health visits, ensuring staff coverage and timely patient care. This on-site role requires strong communication and organizational skills; prior Home Health scheduling experience is preferred, especially with HCHB.

As a full-time on-site team member in Coral Springs, FL, you will interact with clinical staff, manage multiple schedules, and support a fun, team-driven culture with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred
• 1+ year in Home Health scheduling or coordinating experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
• Proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems expected

• Coordinate schedules to ensure patient visits are staffed appropriately
• Record and communicate staff schedules, to include full time, part time, and prn/per diem staff
