Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred
• 1+ year in Home Health scheduling or coordinating experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
• Proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems expected

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules to ensure patient visits are staffed appropriately
• Record and communicate staff schedules (full-time, part-time, PRN)
• Work closely with clinical team manager
• Build positive relationships with team members
