Qualifications

• High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• 1+ years in Home Health required.
• Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage schedules, projects, and reports.
• Ability to build relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules to ensure patient visits are staffed appropriately.
• Record and communicate staff schedules, including full-time, part-time, and PRN staff.
• Work closely with the clinical team manager.
• Build positive working relationships with team members.
