Adoration Health, part of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Scheduler in Burlington, NC to coordinate patient visits with skilled clinicians. The role combines customer service with clinical operations to ensure timely, quality home health care.

Responsibilities include handling calls, coordinating clinician allocations, and providing office support. This full-time position offers benefits and opportunities for growth within a growing home health organization.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years administrative experience, preferably in home health.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with ability to learn industry software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls from patients, staff, physician offices, and referral sources; transfer to the appropriate person.
• Communicate patient information to staff to ensure high quality care.
• Select clinicians for patient assignment based on patient needs and clinician skills.
• Provide administrative support and maintain supplies for staff and patient care.
• Assist the clinical manager with scheduling to meet visit frequencies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Scheduler, You will:

• Greet visitors in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
• Assist with answering incoming calls from patients, staff, physician offices, referral sources, etc., and transfer callers to the appropriate person or department
• Communicate patient information to appropriate staff as needed to provide the highest level of care
• Select an appropriate clinician for patient assignment based upon patient needs, location of the patient, and skill of the clinician
• Provide administrative support for the agency by performing general office duties, including maintaining an adequate stock of supplies needed for staff and patient care
• Support the clinical manager with managing patient schedules to ensure visits are performed in accordance with ordered frequencies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED
• Minimum of two-year of administrative experience, preferably in home health
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer) with the ability to learn industry specific software applications
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
