Job summary

Mission Healthcare in Salem, OR is seeking an Account Manager to lead agency sales and marketing efforts among decision makers, physicians, and referral sources. You will educate teams on services, build relationships, and negotiate contracts with payors to grow patient admissions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field and at least 1 year of healthcare sales experience. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home health.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to market assertively and engage with patients, families, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketing operations, sales calls and ongoing education with referral decision makers.
• Facilitate education on guidelines and agency services provided.
• Participate in community education events and speak to healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate with physician offices for documentation in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and monitor resources within budget.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, payor groups and referral sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral and payor sources.
• Monitor and report on cost-effective marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date on industry and regulatory changes.
