Job summary

Mission Healthcare, a leading home health and hospice provider in the western U.S., seeks an Account Manager to lead agency sales and marketing efforts. You will educate decision makers, build relationships with facilities, hospitals, and physicians, and negotiate service contracts to drive admissions.

The role requires a Marketing/Business degree and 1 year of healthcare sales. A valid driver's license is needed; base pay is 80k–100k with uncapped commissions and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home health.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to market assertively and build relationships with patients and communities.
• Autonomy, organization, and adaptability; valid driver's license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketing operations, sales calls and ongoing education with referral decision makers.
• Facilitate education on guidelines and agency services provided.
• Coordinate with physician offices for documentation and orders in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and monitor resources within budget.
• Build relationships with referral and payor sources and monitor cost-effective efforts.
• Remain updated on industry and regulatory changes.
