Job summary

Adaptive Home Health, LLC is seeking a Sales Leader to own a defined Chicago territory and coach a small team of reps. You will grow admissions, manage top accounts, and build relationships with discharge planners and facility leadership.

You will lead data-driven planning, guide monthly pipeline reviews, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to execute market strategy. This role requires a track record in home health sales and a passion for coaching others.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of home health sales experience with quota success.
• 1+ year in a player-coach, team lead, or sales management role.
• Proven ability to build relationships with facility-level decision-makers.
• Comfort with data-driven territory planning and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own defined territory and drive admission growth.
• Execute a data-driven territory plan and prioritize high-value accounts.
• Manage 20–30 key accounts while overseeing rep coverage across territory.
• Build relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and facility leadership.
• Lead and develop a sales team through coaching and reviews.
• Report territory performance with data-backed insights to leadership.
