Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess a current Texas RN license, have at least 2 years of home health experience, and be CPR certified. Reliable transportation and EMR experience are also essential.

Qualifications

• Current Texas State license as a Registered Nurse.
• 2+ years experience as an RN in Home Health.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Case management and supervised visits.
• Perform skilled and comprehensive assessment of the patient.
