Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for home health in Lincoln, Nebraska. Assess patients in stable and emergent situations, develop and implement the Plan of Care, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure quality and continuity of care.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma, current Nebraska RN license, and CPR certification; CHPN is preferred. Not specified on shift or remote work; benefits after 90 days and 401(k) after one year;

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited ADN or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• CHPN certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess home health and hospice patients in stable and emergent situations.
• Develop, implement, document, and evaluate the Plan of Care (POC).
• Maintain up-to-date patient records reflecting visits, problems, plans, actions, and goals.
• Provide care with OSHA-compliant infection control; educate patients and families.
• Supervise and provide clinical direction to HHA/STNA/LVN to ensure quality service.
