Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Educator for a full-time Clinical Field Educator role in Stoughton, MA. The position centers on teaching, coaching, and mentoring newly hired RNs and LPNs while maintaining a small caseload.

You’ll precept, onboard, and support clinicians, help build onboarding calendars, and ensure ongoing staff competencies. A Medicare-certified home health background is required; a $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MA
• Prior Medicare-Certified Home Health experience required
• Passion for clinical education, coaching, and mentorship
• Strong clinical judgement and leadership by example
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Precept and mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs during home visits and serve as their mentor through orientation.
• Educate and onboard staff; help build onboarding calendars and coordinate required courses.
• Deliver direct patient care as needed while maintaining a small caseload and documenting care.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Education team to keep training consistent and improve clinician retention.
