Spokane Assured Home Health, part of the LHC Group and Optum family, seeks an RN to provide and direct nursing care to patients in homes, coordinating the plan of care with physicians and the health care team.

You will supervise home health aides and licensed nurses, perform comprehensive assessments, ensure compliance, and participate in on-call rotations to support positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of Washington.
• Current Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Direct nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician.
• Coordinate plan of care with physicians and other health care professionals.
• Supervise home health aides and licensed nurses; provide instruction and assign tasks.
