Job summary

Help at Home is hiring Registered Nurses to deliver in-home care and support to individuals in your community. A typical day includes supervising LPNS and caregivers, coordinating client care with doctors, and providing medically prescribed services such as ventilator and tracheotomy care, GT tube feedings, and medication administration.

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• DDID Medication Administration training or similar experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide medically prescribed services including ventilator and tracheotomy care, GT tube feedings, medication administration and first aid care.
• Supervise LPNS and caregivers in home settings.
• Coordinate client care with doctors and other medical providers.
• Ensure compliance with care plans and state/waiver guidelines.
• Train and develop frontline staff and caregivers.
• Assist branch operations as needed.
