Job summary

Help at Home is hiring Registered Nurses to provide high-quality in-home care and support to clients in their communities. The role includes coordinating with doctors and caregivers, administering meds as prescribed, and ensuring plans are followed to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care in home settings.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to multiple counties for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medically prescribed services including ventilator and tracheotomy care and feeding as needed.
• Assist with medication administration and basic first aid under plan of care.
• Supervise LPNS and caregivers to ensure care plans are followed.
• Coordinate client care with physicians and other medical providers.
• Ensure adherence to state guidelines and care plans for each client.
• Support mission of enabling independence and meaningful lives at home.
