Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home care and support to clients in Mississippi. The role includes administering medications, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring compliance with care plans.

A current Nursing License is required, with experience in caring for individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Competitive benefits and ongoing training are offered in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License and state background check compliance.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (DDID) preferred.
• Reliable transportation across surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to clients in their homes.
• Perform medically prescribed services including ventilator and tracheotomy care, G-tube feedings, medication administration and first aid care.
• Supervise LPNS and caregivers to ensure adherence to care plans.
• Coordinate client care with doctors and other medical providers.
• Ensure compliance with state or waiver guidelines and care plans.
• Train and develop frontline staff and caregivers.
• Assist branch operations with other duties.
