Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide in-home health services in Ohio, including 7pm–7am shifts. You’ll build one-on-one relationships with patients in their homes, with mentorship for new grads and opportunities for full-time or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice.
• Prefer minimum of one (1) year experience as an RN in an acute care setting or equivalent; newly licensed graduate nurses encouraged to apply (paid mentorship provided).
• Current CPR certification and TB test (reimbursement may be available).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, in-home nursing care for patients.
• Maintain safety and quality of care in a home setting.
• Establish and sustain one-on-one relationships with clients and families.
