Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Registered Nurses in Ohio to provide in-home healthcare services, offering one-on-one patient relationships and the flexibility to create your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs with CPR certification, a year of acute care experience preferred, and a commitment to safe, culturally sensitive care. PCM supports mentorship for new graduates and offers medical, dental and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Prefer minimum of one year RN experience in acute care; newly licensed grads encouraged (mentorship provided).
• Current CPR certification and TB test (reimbursement may be available).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home professional nursing care.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Deliver one-on-one patient care and support.
