Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking Registered Nurses to provide in-home healthcare in Ohio. You can set your own schedule with 7pm-7am openings for full-time or part-time work, delivering one-on-one care to clients in their homes and contributing to their health and peace of mind.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as an RN in an acute care setting or equivalent; newly licensed graduate nurses encouraged to apply (paid mentorship provided).
• Current CPR certification and TB test (reimbursement may be available).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing services to patients.
• Build one-on-one relationships with patients in their homes to support health and quality of life.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures.
