Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Registered Nurses to deliver in-home healthcare in Ohio. You can create the schedule that suits your life while building one-on-one relationships with patients in their homes.

Ideal candidates will be licensed RNs with CPR certification, and preferably at least one year of acute care experience; mentorship is offered for new grads, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Ohio.
• CPR certification and TB test required or reimbursed.
• One year RN experience in acute care preferred; new grads welcome (mentorship provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Maintain patient safety and coordinate with family and care team.
• Document care provided and monitor health status.
