Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to provide in-home healthcare in Ohio. Work Monday and Friday, 9am-5pm, with additional clients in surrounding areas. Build one-on-one relationships with patients at their homes and maintain safety per agency policies.

Qualifications include graduation from a state-approved nursing program, current RN license, CPR, and TB test. Mentorship is available for new grads; benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, HSA and FSA

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• CPR certification and TB test completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients.
