Job summary

VNA of Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Citrus-Brooksville, FL. This PRN role requires an active Florida RN license and at least one year of nursing experience; home health and OASIS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Home health experience preferred.
• OASIS experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits in patient homes
• Complete OASIS assessments and documentation
• Develop and manage individualized care plans
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and safety
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition

Skills

Active Florida RN license
