Job summary
VNA of Florida in Ocala, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health visits on a PRN basis. You will perform skilled nursing visits, complete OASIS assessments, develop and manage individualized care plans, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license.
- Minimum one year of nursing experience.
- Home health experience preferred.
- OASIS experience preferred.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently.
