Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA of Florida) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health visits in Ocala and surrounding areas. The role requires current Florida RN license and at least one year of nursing experience, with home health and OASIS experience preferred.

As a PRN Home Health RN, you’ll educate patients, develop care plans, coordinate with physicians, and monitor progress.

Qualificações

• Active Florida RN license is required.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Home health experience preferred.
• OASIS experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform skilled nursing visits in patient homes.
• Complete OASIS assessments and documentation.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and safety.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition.
