Job summary

Complete Home Care, Inc. in Florida is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to administer nursing care in clients' residences, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, families, and referring agencies.

The role entails ongoing assessments (including OASIS), developing and revising the Plan of Care, and ensuring quality and continuity of care. The RN will provide on-call support, supervise nursing personnel, and maintain documentation in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• One year RN experience in a clinical care setting.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Current RN license in any state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and families.
• Develop and revise the Plan of Care (POC) and discharge planning.
• Provide on-call services to clients and families.
• Document timely to ensure policy compliance.
• Supervise and teach nursing personnel.
• Apply infection control and OSHA practices in care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers.
• Participate in case conferences and care planning.
• Meet continuing education requirements.
