Well Care Health seeks a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver patient care in the home setting, assess health conditions, and develop individualized care plans. The role requires NC RN licensure and CPR certification, with at least 1 year of RN experience; home health experience is preferred, and a valid NC driver’s license is required.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma or BSN).
• Current nursing license in NC/SC; CPR certification.
• One year RN experience; total 2+ years clinical experience required.
• Home health experience preferred; valid NC driver's license.
