Elara Caring is seeking a Home Health RN in Massachusetts to join a dedicated clinical team. You will manage a caseload, perform skilled nursing visits, and develop individualized care plans to help patients recover at home.

Two full-time schedule options are offered with reduced weekend productivity requirements. The role includes a $90,000–$115,000 guaranteed salary plus a productivity bonus, a $5,000 sign-on, paid parking, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license and unrestricted practice.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong assessment, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through home health care from assessment to discharge.
• Provide skilled nursing visits and update care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other clinicians.
