Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse for home health case management in Arcadia, OK. You will provide nursing care within the agency's standards, coordinate services, and support patients in their homes. The role requires current RN licensure in Oklahoma and at least two years in Medical/Surgical nursing, with preferred BSN and Home Health experience. A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience: Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Other: Valid driver’s license and required auto liability insurance.
• Preferred Education: BSN.
• Preferred Experience: Home Health experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the case management and provision of quality home nursing services to patients within the agency's philosophy, policy, and Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.
