Job summary

Mercy seeks a Registered Nurse to lead home nursing services, managing patient care within Mercy's standards and policies. The role emphasizes case management and delivering quality in-home nursing to patients across the service area.

The ideal candidate holds an Oklahoma RN license, has at least two years of Medical/Surgical experience, and is committed to compassionate, patient-centered care. A BSN is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required for home visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited registered nurse program.
• Licensed RN in Oklahoma.
• Minimum 2 years Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and home nursing visits to patients.
• Coordinate with care teams and document patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with Mercy's standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.
