Job summary

Mercy in Oklahoma seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver case management and quality home nursing services to patients in our community. You will work within the agency’s philosophy and standards of Community Health Nursing Practice, coordinating care and ensuring patient safety.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, active OK RN licensure, and at least two years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience. A valid driver's license with auto liability insurance is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Valud driver's license and required auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and quality home nursing services to patients within Mercy's philosophy, policy, and Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with agency standards.
