Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide day-to-day home health care on a per diem basis in Oklahoma. You will manage multiple patients with varying acuity, perform admissions and post-hospitalization assessments, and document in Epic.

Responsibilities include IV therapy, dressing changes, patient education, and ensuring care aligns with Mercy standards and policies. Valid RN licensure and a valid driver's license are required; one year of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• One year of experience in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day patient care in the home setting, including case management and total care for multiple patients with varying acuity.
• Perform admissions to home care services and post-hospitalization assessments, as well as recertifications and discharges.
• Administer IV therapy and manage dressing changes, wound/IV site care, and patient education in accordance with policy.
• Document appropriately in the Epic system to ensure timely and accurate records.
• Adhere to Mercy mission, values and service standards while supporting safety and appropriate care.
