Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage and deliver quality home nursing care to patients in alignment with our standards. The role emphasizes case management and coordination of services within Mercy's policies.

Ideal candidate has an accredited RN program background, an active RN license in Oklahoma, and at least two years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience. BSN preferred; Home Health experience is a plus. Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Two years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance required.
• BSN preferred.
• Home Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for case management and provision of quality home nursing services.
• Ensure services align with agency philosophy, policy and Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.
