One Stop Recruiting is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) in North Chicago, IL to provide in-home and community care. The role welcomes new grads and experienced RNs, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
Salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 per year, with additional compensation for IPU shifts and on-call. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, retirement plan, malpractice coverage, a company phone, and more.
Competenze
- Active, current RN license in Illinois.
- Strong communication, organization, and compassion.
- Travel throughout surrounding areas requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Mansioni
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments in home and community settings.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Provide pain and symptom management and timely interventions.
- Educate patients and families on disease progression and care options.
- Coordinate care with physicians, NPs, social workers, and other team members.
- Perform home safety assessments and caregiver interventions.
- Document assessments and patient responses in the EHR within 24 hours.
- Participate in IDT meetings, QAPI, and on-call rotations.
