Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse – Home Health to provide in-home patient care in the Chicago area with Monday–Friday hours, and rotating weekends on-call and holidays. The role requires an Illinois RN license, CPR, and at least one year of medical-surgical experience.

A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available. The nurse will develop therapeutic nurse–patient relationships, deliver high-quality, cost-effective care, educate patients and families, and coordinate discharge

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Earn 10 continuing education credits annually.
• One year of medical surgical experience.
• Has as demonstrated proficiency for RN role.
