Be Healthy at Home, Inc. in Austin, TX is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time and PRN field positions in home health. An active RN license is required and candidates should have home health experience.

You will use OASIS for admissions, transfers, and discharges, collaborate with LVNs and HHAs, and deliver high-quality patient care while complying with agency policies. South Austin area travel is required.

Formación

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Home health nursing experience: 2 years (Required).
• CPR Certification (Required).
• Driver's License (Required).

Responsabilidades

• Utilize OASIS for admissions, transfers, re-certifications, and discharges according to physician orders.
• Effectively manage cases and collaborate with LVNs and HHAs to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain full compliance with all agency policies and procedures.
