Qualifications

• Current and active California RN license.
• Minimum one year acute care experience.
• One year recent home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-quality nursing care in patients' homes.
• Admit to appropriate level of service/care and develop a care plan.
• Initiate and revise the plan of care as patient needs change.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Regularly re-evaluate patient nursing needs and counsel patient/family.
