Assisted Home Health & Hospice is seeking a per diem RN to support our Santa Barbara Hospice branch. The role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the community.

You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, provide skilled nursing treatments, and collaborate with families to meet care goals. Active CA RN license and CPR are required, along with health and TB clearances.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, active license in the state of California Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR, health clearance, TB clearance.

Responsabilités

• Have flexible hours and working close to home (reduce your commute!).
• Complete initial and on-going comprehensive assessments of the patient’s needs.
• Provide service and/or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills.
• Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Counsel, support and instruct the patient, family and caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs.
