Andwell Health Partners is seeking a Home Health RN to support the Farmington Office and cover Anson/Madison in Maine. You will provide skilled nursing services at patients’ homes under physician plans of care and develop measurable care plans with patients and families.

The role requires a Maine RN license, CPR, and at least one year of nursing experience. You’ll work in a patient-centered environment, with a focus on education, rights, and informed decision-making in care plans.

Qualifikationen

• Current R.N. license in the State of Maine.
• ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing encouraged.
• Current CPR card required.
• One year of recent clinical nursing experience required.
• A reliable car with insurance.
