AHN Healthcare@Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health in the Trafford, PA area. You will deliver skilled nursing care, perform patient assessments, manage medications, and develop care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

You will educate patients and families on disease management, ensure compliant EMR documentation, and travel to patient homes as needed. A valid PA RN license and a minimum of one year of RN experience are required, with a driving requirement

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Trafford, PA area.

This position offers up to $35,000 in total bonus potential over your first three years:

• $10,000 first-year success bonus (Year 1) — rewarding key achievements during your first year
• $10,000 sign-on bonus — paid within your first 18 months
• Up to $500/month bonus eligibility (Year 2) — an additional $6,000 potential
• Up to $750/month bonus eligibility (Year 3) — an additional $9,000 potential
• The monthly bonus grows up to $1000 per month eligibility after 4 years!

To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing, meet performance expectations, and remain in the role and status for which you were hired!

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
