Job summary

Elara Caring in Greenville, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to join our dedicated team delivering high-quality in-home care. You will assess patients, perform care planning, and support families in their home environments.

As an RN, you will protect privacy, follow physician orders, and monitor patient conditions, adjusting care as needed. A valid RN license and reliable transportation are required; Home Health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate).
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
