Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health for a full-time role. You will assess patients, perform evaluations, and provide care in home settings under physician orders, while ensuring HIPAA privacy and patient safety.

The position requires a state RN license, nursing degree, and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience; home health experience is preferred. Valid driver's license and transportation are necessary for visiting patient homes.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate).
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel between homes.

As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Assessing patients to determine their care needs.

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
