Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is hiring a Home Health RN to deliver skilled nursing care in Greensburg, PA. You’ll provide autonomous, patient-centered care in patients’ homes and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. A $10,000 first-year bonus is available, with ongoing rewards as you grow with AHN.

You will travel within your assigned territory, perform assessments, manage medications, educate families, and document thoroughly in the EMR. Active RN license and driving are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• One year of RN experience delivering patient care.
• Current driver’s license with ability to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
